		For the manufacturing of buffing pads which are used for the polishing of automobiles and cultured marble. 1. One operator can tend several machines, usually 4. 2. The gauge (distance between rows or tufts) can be changed by    a digital counter. 3. Machine automatically cuts off pad when it is completed. 4. Presser foot is automatically raised to permit removal of finished pad and insertion of new blank. 5. Weight of pad is maintained more consistently because the movement of the pad side is motor driven.
